In the Mykolaiv region, the implementation of the greening program was continued and more than 6 thousand seedlings were planted

More than 6,000 seedlings were planted in the Privilne tract of Bashtan Forestry as part of the "Green Country" program. The planted area was called the Alley of the defenders of the Bashtan region.

On Thursday, November 3, the action was joined by the first deputy head of Mykolayiv OVA Georgy Reshetilov, the deputy head of the ecology and natural resources department of OVA Dmytro Mats and the head of Bashtanska RVA Vladyslav Dmytriv.

To implement the program, Oleksandr Hrytsai, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Department of Forestry and Hunting, together with the director of the Bashtan Forest Farm, Yury Kret, and the foresters of the Privilena and Novobuz forests prepared seedlings, the necessary tools and areas for planting.

We would like to add that in the spring there were battles with enemy occupiers near the tract, and today the recovery and development of the Mykolaiv Oblast continues here.

According to Georgy Reshetilov, the implementation of the program is actively underway in the region.

"Even during the war, we continue greening our region. Therefore, we expect that the planted forest crops will take root well, and in the future, foresters will take care of the young forest," he said.

In general, more than 6,000 Crimean pine seedlings and other crops were planted by joint efforts in a few hours of work.
