Acting manager of department

Mats Dmytro Anatoliyovych was born on February 17, 1965 in Zaporizhzhia. During 1982-1987 was studding in Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University and was qualified as a "chemist-teacher”. During 1991-2005 was working as deputy manager of the ecology unit of The Mykolaiv town council executive committee. In 2004 went to the Odessa Regional Institute for Public Administration, office under the President of Ukraine, which graduated in 2007 and got a degree of the “public administrarion”. During 2005-2006 was working as the head of environment protection unit of The Mykolaiv town council Executive committee.  In 2006 moved to the housing and communal services unit of The Mykolaiv region council Executive committee. From 2007 was working as the manager of the environment protection and beautification unit of housing and communal services department of The Mykolaiv town council executive committee. From July 2013 He was promoted to the position of deputy manager of Department of ecology and natural recourses of Mykolaiv state regional administration. Married, having a son (1995 year of birth)

Deputy Head of Department

Trofimova Iryna Petrivna was born on November 16, 1958 Sovetsk, Kaliningrad region (Russia). In 1975 he went to the Riga Polytechnic Institute and was qualified as a "engineer-chemist-technologist". From April 1995 to May 2013 she was working in the State departmant of environmental protection in the Mykolaiv region at the positions of 2nd specialist, chief specialist, head of the unit. Since 2013 Iryna Petrivna was promoted to the position of deputy manager of Department – head of the environmental assessment and ground-subsurface management unit of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. Married, having a daughter (born in 1981) and a son (born in 1983).
